If you are a first time RSA token user please ensure you have set an RSA personal PIN. You may use your CS Mobile Access browser and click here to set the PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN please contact Amelia by using the CS Mobile IT Help mobile app or by contacting IT Help.

Supported Windows Operating Systems:

Windows 10 and 11 on x86/x64 hardware.

Note: S mode is not supported

Supported Mac Operating Systems:

macOS 10.15.x (Catalina), 11.x (Big Sur), 12.x (Monterey) on Intel and Apple Silicon.

No physical Smart Card support for Mac Operating Systems. RSA token access only.
